BeZeally provides modular B2B recruitment process architecture, candidate sourcing sprints, end-to-end placement partnerships, and candidate CV audit reviews.

Paid work starts only once we agree the scope, price, and timing with you in writing. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change, and nothing published here is a binding offer.

Users submitting Job Descriptions or CVs warrant that uploaded files are strictly in PDF or DOCX formats under 5MB and contain zero malware, macros, or malicious scripts. Executable files are blocked automatically.

You also confirm that anything you send is yours to send, or that you have permission to send it, and that it is accurate.

Submitted files and intake records are processed on a temporary intake basis and are permanently destroyed 48 hours after submission. Users are responsible for maintaining their own permanent copies of submitted documents before the 48-hour retention window expires.

Do not send confidential material you would not want held for that period. We cannot recover a file after the automatic purge has run.

Candidates sourced during active engagements belong to your company pipeline for 1 month with zero 12-month agency lockout penalties. Specific placement guarantees, milestone releases, or probation terms are governed by your individual service agreement or Upwork contract.

Do not attempt to break into, overload, or probe the site, upload harmful files, or send content you have no right to share. We aim to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or remove pages at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Dutch law applies and disputes go to the competent Dutch courts.
